There is a no-return policy if a customer of UGAT received their online order, and does not like it (without any fault/defect in the product). Moreover, if a customer wants to exchange the size, he/she shall only be eligible for exchange if they have notified the online store within maximum 24 hours of receiving the product (the customer would be liable to pay for shipping in this case).
